Consider The Chase apartments if you want a nice location not far from Elon University making this a good spot for students and faculty. Commuters will find it easy to reach major highways. Packed with stylish amenities, you may want to spend all your free time within the community but when you need a change of scenery, major shopping options are right around the corner.

Location

This community is nicely laid out with lots of green spaces, trees and a pond. This neighborhood is mostly residential but nearby you can find Subway, Golden Coral and Office Max.

Transporation

This Garden Road address is located about midway between South Church Street (US 70) and I-40 so you won’t be right on top of either major highway but you can get to both very quickly. You can reach the Huffman Mill Road entrance to the interstate in just 6 minutes, not bad for commuters and South Church Street is only 2 minutes making it easy to get downtown.

Shopping

While this community is surrouned by residential properties, you won’t have to go far to find some excellent shopping. Right down the street there is a Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can buy all kinds of things for your home from plastic storage bins to a desk lamp. Oh yeah, they also sell groceries so stocking up your refrigerator will be a snap, otherwise you can go to the Food Lion a little north. Alamance Crossing could be your new home away from home with not only great shops such as Dillard’s, Pier 1 and Kohl’s, but loads of popular restaurants.  

Attractions

Mark your calendar for the latest films you have to see, then head over to the Carousel Luxury Cinemas (1 mile) for a movie night with friends or family. If you have kids staying with you, the Burlington Lazer X Center has laser games and an arcade to keep them entertained. The performing arts crowd will not want to miss the stage acts at Elon University’s Black Box Theater with a full schedule of interesting shows.
