The nearest public bus stop to this property is at Harrison Avenue and Dynasty Drive about an 11-minute walk. This is going to be a bit further than some other properties in the area but the upside is that you can access both a local Cary Town bus and a Triangle Transit bus for commuting throughout the metro area. North Harrison Avenue is a main thoroughfare through Cary.

Shopping

There are two retail plazas in this area located just over one mile away. You can walk to a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market in about 15 minutes or drive to the Harris Teeter in about 3 minutes. Residents here will also find the Target at Park Place Village convenient for many household items.

Dining

Right at Maynard Road you will find a whole bunch of restaurants from fast food to a few finer dining establishments. Within 2.5 miles there is a much wider selection that includes Buffalo Wild Wings and a gourmet pizza place.

Recreation

This property is well-appointed with pools, tennis & basketball courts, as well as sand volleyball. But when you want to step away from your home for a while there are lots of things to do nearby for entertainment such the rock climbing boulders and North Cary Park or the skate park in Robert V Godbold Park. There is a 14-screen theater at Park Place Shopping Center (2.3 miles) and a children’s hands-on science lab (1.7 miles) all just minutes away.
