Shopping

Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and Super Global Mart can be found at the Independence Square shopping center. A few other shops in this area include a Wal-Mart Supercenter at the Galleria Shopping Center and Burlington Coat Factory at the Crown Point Plaza. Both are set along Sardis Road south of here. A little further south along Independence Boulevard there is a Sam’s Club, Costco and Kohl’s stores among many others near Matthews Township Parkway about 4 miles away.

Dining

There are a couple of local restaurants on Monroe Road close to this property. You will find a much bigger selection that includes pizza, subs and Ruby Tuesday at the end of Village Lake Drive. Even more options are located along Sardis Road including Buffalo Wild Wings, and Chili’s.

Families

If you are moving here with kids, the elementary and secondary schools are right around the corner. You can enjoy spending time with your family at nearby McAlpine Creek Park which is loaded with trails where you can go bike riding.   When you want to watch a movie, there is a Carolina Cinemas on Monroe Road.
