Everything you need will be right nearby The Lofts at Charleston Row. This apartment community is situated in a mixed use retail and commercial zone so you can live steps away from some shops, dining and the Ayrsley Grand Cinemas. A short drive around the corner and you can be on South Tryon Street heading towards Uptown Charlotte or accessing I-485. Not everyone living in this area will commute to the city though as there are many manufacturing companies and distribution centers in the vicinity producing lots of jobs. You will be able to visit the Wal-Mart Supercenter on the other side of the Interstate to fulfill some basic shopping and grocery needs. Residents here can walk to several restaurants including Moe’s Southwest Grill, Applebee’s and Chinese food. Fun loving renters may find their way over to Carowinds Theme Park to get a thrill on the many rides and attractions.

Location

The southwest side of Charlotte NC offers many opportunities for employment and enjoyment, and The Lofts at Charleston Row will let you take advantage of both. Tucked in a side street just off South Tryon Street and I-485 you can quickly be on your way around the city. There is a bus stop near here, but it is a bit of a hike so you might want to plan to have a car.
