We like the Parcstone apartments for anyone looking for a place that is away from all the hustle of the city and the mall areas of Fayetteville. This is a suburban location that will put you in reach of Fort Bragg and perhaps allow you to get some more upscale amenities than apartments that are a bit closer. You will find plenty of shopping and dining within five minutes and an afternoon at the mall is only about 15 minutes from this site.

Location

The location of this property is close to the intersection of Rim and Cliffdale Roads in west Fayetteville. You can walk to a local elementary school and recreation center along with several shops at a local retail plaza.

Transportation

Ride Fast Transit provides bus service in this area with a bus stop on Rim Road near the front of this community. You can catch a bus on the #17 route to the mall area. For those driving themselves, Cliffdale Road will be the main passage to employers, shopping and everything else.

Shopping

A nice feature of this neighborhood is a small retail area just around the corner where you will find a Food Lion grocery store and Dollar General within walking distance. There is also a gas station, hair and nail salons and dry cleaners. If you take ride down Rim Road you can find a Wal-Mart Supercenter on the opposite side of South Raeford Road.

Dining

Don’t expect to find a huge selection of restaurants right around the corner from this property. Sure there is a Domino’s Pizza, a Thai restaurant and Dairy Queen, but you will have to drive about 5 minutes to get a bigger selection. Take Cliffdale Road south to Raeford Road and you will a large commercial zone with lots of eateries such as Applebee’s, IHOP, CiCi’s Pizza and much more.

Recreation

Parcstone has gone to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied by adding recreation amenities to keep you entertained such as two large swimming pools, a game room and media room, and sand volleyball court. There are not a lot of other activities in this immediate area although you could try out the indoor sky dive facility or head over to the mall area for movies and other fun.
