Location

Situated just off McArthur Road in a quiet residential neighborhood these apartments will give you a peaceful setting but be close to where you need to be.

• 2-minute drive to Wal-Mart Supercenter
• 5-minute drive to Fayetteville VA Medical Center
• 6-minute drive to Methodist University
• 7-minute drive to Good Year Plant (large employer)
• 17-minute drive to Fort Bragg
• 1-hour drive to Raleigh North Carolina

Transportation

As this is a newer community, there is no bus service close to this property at the time of this investigation. The closest stop we could find was at the Wal-Mart which is 1.6 miles away. Renters with a car will be able to quickly access Ramsey Street or travel up McArthur Road to Fort Bragg.

Shopping

We think you will appreciate having a Wal-Mart Supercenter just around the corner, taking some of the chore out of picking up groceries which you can also do up the street at Food Lion. You will also be able to pick up pharmacy items or perhaps an occasional DVD for movie night. A few other shops in this area include Game Stop, Lowes, and Big Lots.

Dining

You won’t find many restaurants along McArthur Road. But take a short ride down to Ramsey Street and there will be plenty to choose from such as Subway, Golden Coral, Papa John’s Pizza and Shogun Japanese.

Recreation

In addition to the gorgeous pool and a playground you will find onsite, residents can be entertained by a live stage performance at the Monarch theater. If you are a thrill seeker, then the ZipQuest Adventure is in store for you where you can glide across the treetops only minutes away. If you like to the outdoors, you definitely want to get a mountain bike to explore the Cape Fear River Trail on the south side of the university.
