Choosing Quail Woods to call home means living in the suburbs of Charlotte less than one half our from the city. This neighborhood is just five minutes from a major shopping area, and the surrounding countryside offers many activities from golf and tennis to impeccable gardens to discover.

Location

This property is positioned along Robinwood Road a few miles from I-85. The neighborhood here is all residential and this community has lots of trees that border it from other developments.

Transportation

This property is only a short drive from New Hope Road which will lead you up to I-85 as well as the mall and other shopping centers.

Shopping

Within a couple of minutes you can reach several shops including BiLo, Family Dollar, Aldi, CVS and an Organic Marketplace. It won’t take much longer to reach all the shops along East Franklin Boulevard from an indoor mall to Sam’s Club, they will cover pretty much anything you need.

Dining

You won’t find any restaurants in this immediate neighborhood as it is nearly all residential. Take a short ride down East Hudson Boulevard and you can reach a retail area near Union Road that has several fast serve dining spots including pizza, Chinese food, Wendy’s and more.

Recreation

While renting here be sure to check out the Schiele Museum-Natural History for extensive exhibits and galleries including an outdoor nature trail, wildlife garden and Indian Village. If you have a mountain bike, the Avon Catawba Creek Greenway will be an excellent trail to explore.  There is also an indoor skating rink nearby Quail Woods.
