Location

Most of these units are well away from major roads and surrounded by trees. While shopping is right down the street, you won’t be on top of it at this location.

This is not the greatest location for those who need to use public transportation to get around. There is a bus stop on Wendover Avenue, but it will take you about twelve minutes to walk there and there are no sidewalks along Big Tree Way. Drivers will be able to enjoy easy access to I-40 and use Wendover Ave to get to downtown Greensboro.

Shopping

If you like to shop, Hunters Chase is one place you will certainly want to consider. This neighborhood is close to a large retail district that includes dozens of specialty shops and many national brand stores such as Wal-Mart Supercenter, Target and Kmart. You might consider getting a membership to Costco or Sam’s Club to save money on supplies.

Dining

Whether you want to pick something up to bring home such as pizza and Chinese food, or sit down with friends to enjoy a meal, you will find a wide selection of eateries in this vicinity.   Panera Bread has delicious soup and specialty sandwiches and Cracker Barrel has yummy home-style cooking such as Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout and Homemade Chicken n’ Dumplins.
