Make the Monroe Apartments your new address and you will find a location that is excellent for commuters. Drive around the corner onto US 74 and make your way to Charlotte in only about a half hour. Residents here are also fortunate to have a public transit bus stop nearby where you can park your car and get a ride the to the Union Towne Center or all the way to Charlotte. You can choose from a studio to a three bedroom apartment that will fit your individual needs or a whole family. This area is filled with great shopping and dining options that will keep things interesting.

Location

In this neighborhood you will find a large park, a few hotels, several restaurants and a car care center. These apartments are not too close to the highway and buffered by lots of trees.

Hop in your car and take a quick ride over to the park and ride lot near the Kmart where you will be able to use a Ride Transit bus to take you to Charlotte. If you prefer to do the driving yourself, access US 74 from Roland Drive and be on your way in minutes.

Residents of the Monroe Apartments have lots of shopping options. Outdoor enthusiast will want to make frequent visits to Gander Mountain to see the latest and greatest camping, fishing and hunting gear. Target is a top spot for apartment decorations and useful gadgets to organize your life from plastic tubs to office supplies. On the opposite side of the highway, the Wal-Mart Supercenter is a fantastic spot to load up on groceries at great prices. Very close to this location you can find a Japanese steakhouse, Little Caesars Pizza and Golden Coral restaurants.
