If you want to live in the Lake Norman area but have quick access to the interstate for commuting to Charlotte, Langtree is the place to be. Situated right alongside exit 31 of I-77, you can pop on the highway quickly and reach the city in about 25 minutes. Renters may also consider the property for a short ride to LNR Medical Center or the Lowes Corporate offices located right on the opposite side of the interstate. Some residents will also find getting to Davidson College from this location is a cinch.

Shopping & Dining

You won’t be far from a grocery store. You can either go to a Food Lion north of here or Harris Teeter near the college. There are not a lot of other shops in this area but with access to the interstate so close, it won’t take long to reach Mooresville Consumer Square to the north or the Norcross Shopping Center to the south. There is a small café in this neighborhood within an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. You can find a nice selection of other eateries near Davidson College.

Recreation

Extensive on-site activities such as a salt water pool, recreation room and billiards room means you won’t have to go far to have fun. While living here you many enjoy trips to the Davidson Nature Preserve or take a boat ride on Lake Norman.
