This is a mostly residential community with a few local roadways such as Route 114 which leads to I-195 and Route 13 that leads into East Providence. Closer to the middle of Riverside is Willett Pond where many people fish during the spring/summertime and in the winter bundle up for ice skating. Crescent Park is home to a Carousel built in 1895 and still used today. Golfers can enjoy a game at the Silver Spring Golf Course. You can also enjoy breakfast or lunch at one of the many area eateries such as Farnsworth Café located on Willett Avenue.
