This property is positioned between McCook Lake and I-29 off of Lakeshore Drive. There are some sidewalks here but the immediate neighborhood is mostly residential. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.
If you are feeling energetic and willing to walk about one mile or so down to River Drive there are several commercial properties including Planet Sub, a liquor store, taco shop and a few hotels.
I-29 Entrance you can be on I-29 in 2-3 minutes for a short and easy ride into Sioux City. Along the way there are many employers, shops and entertainment.
Fareway Grocery residents of Northlake apartments will have to hike it across the state line to reach the nearest supermarket. It is not far though. Only a few exists on the Interstate.
Dunes Surgical Hospital medical services professionals wont have to go far to reach Dunes Hospital.
Interbake Foods there are quite a few large warehouse operations in the area. Interbake is a decent size employer not too far from here but on the other side of the Interstate.
