Toyota Soccer Center – athletic families might welcome living across the street from a state-of-the-art soccer complex.

Train noise – a few reviews mention that you can hear the train go by on occasion but residents get used to the sound quickly.

The Boulevard at Frisco Square is an excellent central location where you can drive around the corner to access the Dallas Parkway to reach many large employers such as JC Penny, Frito-Lay,and Dr. Pepper Snapple. The community is about one half hour to the airport or downtown Dallas.

Parking – We have noticed a few reviews about issues with parking but it appears management has addressed them with a parking permits.

You could be paying a lot more than The Boulevard at Frisco Square charges to rent an apartment in this area. This is a unique neighborhood just off Main Street in the heart of Frisco where you can walk to lots of great places.

There are extra charges for pets but that is normal.

Recreation

The Area around Boulevard at Frisco Square is filled with recreation options starting with a Cinemark movie theater, soccer complex and railroad museum within a short stroll. The property is not far from indoor kart racing, Frisco Commons Park trails, and the Sci-Tech Discovery Center.
