Is there a success fee?
No. You only pay a monthly fee for as long as you want the property listed. Once the property has been rented, there is no additional fee.

Will I be charged monthly until my property is rented?
You choose how long you want the property to be listed for and you are charged one time based on the number of months you choose. Just prior to your ad expiring, you will receive an email with an option to renew the ad if the property has not been rented.

Can I be invoiced for the listing fee?
An invoice can be sent for properties that are listed for 12 months. For property managers and rental agents with many properties, you can contact us to make arrangements for an invocie option if needed.

How will I be contacted by tenants?
Potential tenants will contact you directly by phone or email. You will provide contact information with your ad. Our email feature allows renters to send you an email without displaying your email address to prevent spam to you. Find out more on how this service works.

Can I see how many people visited my ad?
When you list a property, you will get an account where you can make changes and view "traffic" to your ad. The traffic report will show you how many visitors viewed your ad.

How can I deactivate my listing once it is rented?
From your account, select the "deactivate" link and your property will be removed from our listings.

How do I add photos to my listing?
From your account, select the "upload photos" link and you will be able to submit photos along with a brief description of each one to include on your ad.

How many photos can I include?
You may include up to 15 photos with your ad.

I added a photo, but it is not on my ad yet.
All photos are added immediately to your ad. We do monitor photos to make sure only appropriate photos have been submitted. If you have any difficulty submitting photos, please let us know.

What can I do to improve results?
The most important thing you can do is to include photos with your ad. This lets renter see your property and build a stronger connection with your rental. Also, be sure to provide accurate contact information.

Can I get my listing featured?
Currently, properties are listed on a distance to location basis. We hope to provide a feature service in the near future.

How long will it take to rent my property?
All properties are different. Some can take a day (or hours), others take one or more months. A lot depends on the supply and demand of properties in your area and other factors such as rent amount, and property features. Learn how effective our online ads are.
