Once you have completed your apartment search and have decided on a specific rental, use this Rental Inspection Form to make notes about the condition of the property so that you discuss with the landlord. It is important to identify an issues with the condition of a property before you move in. This will give the landlord time to make repairs and will prevent you from being blamed for any damages. Also, it could be used as a bargining point to get something back from the landlord.
