The Windtree apartments are a northern community located several miles south of the Chapel Hills Mall. Renters here can have an easy trip to the US Air Force Academy or commute to USAA Financial Center. This is a residential neighborhood tucked alongside a park but there is also bus service at the end of the road.

This community can be found in northeast Colorado Springs off of North Academy Boulevard. In this neighborhood you can find a local park, a pub, a sports complex, and district library.

To the south there is a retail plaza with a Target store and Safeway.

Recreation

The Garden Ranch YMCA is a terrific place to get kids away from their video games. There is an Academy mini golf place a few minutes north. You can take a daily jog around George Fellows Park or take your kids to the playground.
