The Hillsborough River separates the Puritan Place apartments from the University of South Florida located just a couple of miles to the north. If you plan to travel to the University on a regular basis for work or education, this could be an ideal spot to relocate. Renters can drive up North 56th Street to reach the campus as well as several regional hospitals situated on the west side of the school. This community can also be a prime location for employees of Busch Gardens Amusement Park found along East Busch Boulevard. If you don’t work there, you might enjoy regular visits with friends or family. Nearby Puritan Place you will find a Sweetbay Supermarket for food shopping, 7-Eleven if you want some coffee or a quick bit to eat. There is also a McDonald’s and several international cuisine restaurants you can visit based on your mood. While renting here you may visit the Temple Terrace Public Library to check out some good books. Rowlett Park has lots of great trails that will make you wish you had a mountain bike or good pair of running shoes.
