The Village at Colbert Park is student friendly apartments that present from one to four bedroom floor plans that are situated about five minutes from campus offering just the right space for you and a few roommates. Living here you will be little removed from the “college town” atmosphere found a few miles north. You will be able to get shopping done across the street, and enjoy bowling, skating or the movies just two minutes north. If you cruise up to the Amtrak station near University Avenue, you can take it to Chicago for an afternoon of fun.   There is a large golf course nearby and the Marketplace mall is less than 15 minutes up US Highway 46.

Look for The Village at Colbert Park on the south side of Church Street near S Dunlap Street. This is a residential neighborhood that includes a park, golf course, department store, and a few businesses.

Until you move here you might not realize how convenient it is to have a Wal-Mart Supercenter on the opposite side of the street where you can go grocery shopping, fill a prescription, pick up a video or maybe some clothes for exercise. As you travel north there are a bunch of shops including Schnucks grocery market, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Le Peep – popular for it breakfast foods.
