The Waveland Townhomes are set back from any major roadways, a short drive from Nicholasville Road in south Lexington. The neighborhood is mostly housing but there are plenty of shops nearby.

Move here and you can choose between Kroger and Wal-Mart Supercenter for all your grocery needs. You will find lots of services such as a fitness center, haircare and laundry along US 27 or at the plaza on Boston Road. The Southside Pub is a popular establishment and Osaka Japanese Restaurant is said to have excellent sushi. You can find plenty of other eateries within minutes including Chili’s, The Melting Pot and the highly rated Bella Notte (Italian fare). The mall is just five minutes away from Waveland.

Recreation

Residents of this community will have a great spot for bike riding at nearby Shillito Park which has extensive trails that stretch far north. The park is also loaded with ball fields and courts for a variety of sports. When you want to see the latest movies, avoid the crowds at the mall and head over to the AmStar 14 cinemas off of East Brannon Road.
