Heritage Village at Manalapan Apartments in Manalapan, NJ is a contemporary rental housing development for the 55+ senior group. This site is bordered by a heavily wooded area for a peaceful setting. Within minutes you can be at the mall, race track, medical center or golf course. This address is about midway between Princeton and the ocean.

On the low side– these apartments have income restrictions so costs are kept to a minimum. It will be hard to anything comparable in the area at this price range.

LOCATION

Tranquil spot – if you are looking for an apartment with beautiful surroundings, Heritage Village at Manalapan certainly delivers with a setting along a country road and lots of trees. Living here you drive down Route 33 and reach Belmar Beach in about one half hour.

Around the corner you will find CVS, Walgreens and Wawa. It should only take a few minutes to get to Freehold Marketplace for Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club along with a variety of restaurants along Main Street.

You might use some of your free time to explore the trails of nearby Monmouth Battlefield State Park.

Tip: this property is only a few miles from the very popular Englishtown Flea Market site directly north.

CONVENIENCES

Washer/Dryer Connections – you might have to get your own machines but that could be better than lugging clothes to the central laundry facility.

The building is equipped with elevators as well handicap assessable features.

Pets welcome – pets are allowed at Heritage Village at Manalapan but be sure to ask about restrictions. Some additional pet fees and rent apply.

LEISURE          

Some activities– you can find several things to do at this community from surfing the web in the computer room to building some muscle at the fitness center. There is no pool or tennis courts though.

A short drive around the corner will lead you to bowling lanes and if you enjoy buttery popcorn and snow caps with your movie, there is a multiplex AMC cinema a bit further.
