Very convenient address – located just off US Highway 9, these Parlin apartments are around the corner from the hustle and bustle of many shops, restaurants and businesses yet bordered by mostly other residential homes.

If you take US 9 north a few minutes you can access the GSP north. You will have to continue several miles further to go south on the parkway though. A NJ Transit M7 bus stop is within walking distance.

Tip: Skytop Gardens is only 3.1 miles from the South Amboy train station which offers service to New York Penn Station.

CONVENIENCES

Laundry facilities onsite – as is the case with other older apartments in this area, in-home washers & dryers are rare and this place is no exception.

Many renters will find it nice to be able to walk to Quick Check, a pharmacy, pizza shop and many other stores.

PETS

Cats only – if you are a dog lover you may need to keep looking.

There is a Petco store around the corner where you can gather any supplies needed.

LEISURE          

Limited activities– there are no onsite amenities for your entertainment at Skytop Gardens Apartments similar to some of the other properties in the area.

Residents can visit the Sayreville Free Public Library on Washington Road or take in a show at the Main Street Theatre. These apartments are not far from the Cheesequake State Park recreation area where you can swim in the lake beach during the summer.
