Laurel Springs is located in northwest High Point, NC on the edge of the city but not far from I-74. The neighborhood is nearly all residential with a dense border of trees along one side.

Walking Distance – This property is positioned on the outer edge of High Point and there are limited sidewalks or paths in the area. There is also not much that is walkable from this spot. If you have a road bike, this could be a good spot to enjoy the country roads and scenery.

Austin’s is a popular restaurant for steak and a huge variety of pasta dishes.
