The Falls at Duraleigh is nearly equal distance from the RDU International Airport as it is to downtown Raleigh making this a fantastic spot for frequent travelers who conduct business in the city. Residents here will also be able to have an easy ride into Durham for work or entertainment. There are plenty of shops nearby and with quick access to Glenwood Avenue, getting to the mall is a piece of cake. Medical professionals will be happy to know they can reach the Rex Hospital with a short ride down Duraleigh Road.
You will find these apartments just off Duraleigh Road, not far south of Glenwood Avenue (US 70). The neighborhood includes a gas station, several restaurants and a public library.
