If you are looking for a newer apartment in northern Fort Worth with all the bells and whistles, The Sovereign will meet or exceed your expectations. This luxury apartment community has a well-received central location that is close to great shops and restaurants but away from major highways.

The Sovereign Apartment Homes can be found along N Tarrant Parkway near US 377. This neighborhood is mostly residential properties with a slight mix of retail. You really won’t be walking anywhere but it is close enough to pizza and sandwich shops, a hair salon and convenience store.

Around the corner there is middle and elementary schools.

While The Sovereign is not very close to any of the major interstates, you can still reach central Ft. Worth in about 25 minutes. There are many large and small employers on the north side of Fort Worth within a short drive. An entrance to I-35W is about 8 minutes from The Sovereign.

Some residents have complained that the prices at The Sovereign Apartments are high, but our review shows rent here is on par with similar communities in this area. In fact the larger two bedrooms here are generally lower priced then most competitive properties within a few miles.

You will find plenty of places to grab a bite to eat near The Sovereign Apartments from a popular grill cheese joint to Buffalo Wild Wings. There is lots of major shops along US 377 such as Kohl’s, Target and Academy Sports. Alliance Town Center is just an 8 minute drive.

Recreation

Residents of The Sovereign have sung praises about the relaxing salt water pool and well-equipped workout area. Locally you can also find a trampoline park, movie cinema and bowling. This is a great spot if you have a mountain bike with miles of pathways through Arcadia Trail Park just around the corner.
