Bottom Line
Prospect Pointe Apartments in Jackson, NJ is a place to stay if you want a quiet suburban lifestyle. Set back from any busy roads, the community is quiet and has peaceful surroundings. Still, it is possible to walk to Dunkin’ Donuts, a pizza shop and 7-Eleven. These apartments are a bit pricier than other rental options nearby but you get some upgraded amenities and a bit more style.
Lifestyles:
COST
On the high side– the rent for an apartment at Prospect Pointe is going to be more than some nearby communities. You should find these to have more of an upscale look and many upgrades compared to other options.
LOCATION
Suburban setting – these apartments are near the center of Jackson along a quiet street off County Line Road.
Commuters will have to drive for a bit to get to Route 9 or I-195 but that seems to be the point. You can walk to a few retail shops and eateries. Pick up a pizza on Friday night or swing in Dunkin’ Donuts for some morning coffee on your way to work.
GCU is about 1.5 miles from Prospect Pointe Apartments which could work well for both faculty and students. There is a golf course nearby plus Pine Park which hosts regular community events.
CONVENIENCES
Onsite laundry – there are designated laundry areas that have supposedly been renovated.
We like that you can walk to a strip mall for coffee, pizza or a workout.
PETS
Pet friendly – by all means bring your pet just call for restrictions. There is a hefty pet fee and reasonable rent. If you need some supplies, Pet Valu is around the corner near the Shop Rite.
LEISURE
Plenty of activities– one area that Prospect Pointe has over nearby communities is the extent of onsite recreation activities. The pool looks very nice, and the playground is huge. Plus there are tennis courts on the premises.
Nearby Pine Park has 149 acres to explore including picnic areas and camp grounds. There is a golf course in this neighborhood too.
