This small residential community is minutes from the border with Mexico and not far from the big city life of nearby El Paso Texas. You can commute there in just 15 miles for work, entertainment or to attend University of Texas. Just hop on I-10 south to get there and on your way, you can stop in to the Southland Park Shopping Center to pick up a few thing for your Santa Teresa apartment.

The town of Santa Teresa has a small airport which also houses an industrial park and the War Eagles Air Museum, a 64,000 square foot building displaying historic aircraft of the World War II and the Korean Conflict eras. You can take tour of the facility to view planes, automobiles and special exhibits. This area of town is also where you will find Anamarc College where you can earn a nursing degree.

Hiking trails, real mountain biking and rock climbing are just a few of the adventures you can endure at the Franklin Mountain State Park located just ten miles east of your Santa Teresa apartment. The park conducts ranger led tours of just some of the 24,000 acres where you can soak up the outstanding scenery, amazing wildlife and desert vegetation.

For a little more action, Western Playland Amusement Park is a place you can take your family for a fun afternoon of kid rides and roller coasters. Just outside the city limits of Santa Teresa on Doniphan Drive, you will find lots of restaurants where you can grab some delicious Mexican food. You can also catch a public transit bus there.

Renting in Santa Teresa If you want to live in Santa Teresa, there are a few rental communities along McNutt Road. You can get a one bedroom here for about $500 per month. However, you will find a much larger selection of properties as you get closer to I-10. If you look around, you may be able to find a single family home for rent in town, particularly in the south part of town near Country Club Road.
