Renting in the north side of the city is a great idea for anyone who needs to live near the University of North Carolina Charlotte.   Maple Run presents a terrific spot where you can zip up to the campus in less than ten minutes. Whether you are a student, faculty or staff, this location can make sense for you. With nearby access to Tryon Street, you can also find this a good location for commuting into the city, either for business or entertainment.   You will find lots of great shopping nearby with big name retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target. Residents also won’t mind the simple trip north to the Concord Mills Mall. Not only is there great shops and services, but a 24-screen movie theater and the Speed Park where you can ride go karts, play mini golf or get a thrill on the huge slide.

Location

This community is tucked away well off North Tryon Street and the neighborhood is nearly all residential. Once you do get out to the main road, there are a bunch of restaurants, 7-Eleven and a Dollar General store very close to this address.
