Situated in the College Downs section of Charlotte, the Oak Pointe Apartment Homes present and extraordinary location for faculty and students of UNC Charlotte or staff at the CMC University, both just minutes away. Absent of a bus stop close by, you will likely need a car to get around, but the community offers a car care center onsite so you can keep it clean. Just around the corner from here is a large retail area that includes Target, Wal-Mart, Lowes and many other shops that will make it easy to find what you need. There are plenty of restaurants nearby so you can have a choice of cuisine such as Mexican, steakhouse, pizza or sushi. You won’t be far from the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater where you can catch a concert or event. If you have a mountain bike you can take it to Reedy Creek Park to explore miles of trails.

The Oak Pointe Apartment Homes are situated just off NC 24 right alongside a large retail area with shops and restaurants. There is a small wooded park are behind this property although this neighborhood of Charlotte NC is mostly a mix of residential and retail.
