The dynamic location where you will find The Addison at South Tryon, is a good spot for commuters, travelers and shoppers. We think you will have a lot of fun living here as well. Situated just off South Tryon Street you can zip up to Uptown Charlotte in less than 15 minutes. The Charlotte Airport is less 7.7 miles away and you can get there in about 12 minutes. Just down the street for here you can get some shopping done at the Whitehall Commons which hosts a Wal-Mart Supercenter, perfect for food shopping and almost everything else. When you want to dine out, there is a decent selection of restaurants nearby that includes Chili’s, IHOP and Panera Bread. For fun, the Ayrsley Grand Cinemas will show all the latest movies and family members may want season tickets to Paramount’s Carowinds.   Outdoor lovers will appreciate several parks along Tryon Street where you will find extensive amenities along with a golf course.

Location

Look for the Addison on the southwest side of Uptown Charlotte right next to Tryon Street. This is mostly a residential neighborhood within walking distance of a bus stop and several eateries.
