Dining

One of the big pluses to this area is that there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to dine out. Just around the corner you can find many of the basics such as pizza, Chinese food and a seafood restaurant. As you drive up Randleman Road you will find lots of other options.

Recreation

Renters will be able to drive up South Elm-Eugene Street and reach downtown in minutes to see a show or visit a museum. Nearby, Shannon Hills Park offers a tennis court and ball field. There is also a trail in Shannon Woods Park. Summertime is meant for the Wet’n Wild Water Park.
