Here at Cover Valley apartments, you can experience all the convenience of a great location with just a 5 minute drive to Virginia Tech. If you ride less than two miles down Main Street you can bump into the campus or continue to downtown Blacksburg for dining and nightlife opportunities. You will have to walk over to Patrick Henry Drive to catch a bus, but that is not far. Right around the corner from here the city of Blacksburg maintains its recreation department including many athletic facilities such as ball fields, a skate park and an indoor swimming pool. Grab a racket and fresh can of tennis balls for a competitive match with a good friend at one of the six courts available. Afterwards you may want to cool off with an icy cold Slurpee from 7-Eleven or perhaps just some bottled water. While living here you may want to buy a bike from the East Coasters Bike Shop found just off Main Street, only 2-3 minutes from Clover Valley apartments. They have lots of mapped out routes where you can get out and explore the city and surrounding areas on two wheels.
