The City Center apartments are at the crossroads of several major thoroughfares connecting downtown Davenport to the mall and other parts of the quad cities. This community is not far from the Genesis hospitals making it a good choice for healthcare professionals. The North Park Mall with 160+ stores and service shops is only a couple of minutes from City Center giving you a great spot to do nearly all of your shopping or just walk window shop on a hot day. There are plenty of places to eat near here too including well-known restaurants such as Olive Garden, Panera Bread and Hooters. There is also a pizza shop around the corner where you can pick up a quick meal to go.

Recreation

Residents of Daveneport who live close to Duck Creek Trail can enjoy a fantastic place to go for along bike ride or run through woods, and along the creek. There is a bowling center not far south of this property and two large parks with lots of ball fields and courts that will keep active family members busy.
