When you choose the Beekman Garden Apartments in Hillsborough, NJ you get a peaceful spot that is centrally located to several larger towns in the central part of the state. This property is close to Hillsborough schools which have a good reputation. The grounds are well-maintained with lots of activities for families.

COST

On the high side– the price for an apartment at Beekman Gardens will generally be on the higher side. There are a few newer communities nearby that will cost much more otherwise these apartments are near the top.

Some utilities such as heat and hot water are included in the rent which may help even out pricing.

LOCATION

Quiet suburban area – this is a place to consider if you want a suburban location close to parks and schools. The apartments are not far from extensive hiking trails and the Duke Farms Estate.

Commuters will have access to US Highway 206 for travel towards Bridgewater or Princeton. Amwell Road will lead you to New Brunswick in about one half hour. If you want to travel to NYC, take a drive up to the Somerville Train station (or the Raritan Station), both a few miles north of Beekman Gardens.

There is some decent shopping along Route 206 with a few grocery stores and the Hillsborough Promenade, a large modern retail center.

CONVENIENCES

Central laundry facilities – on laundry day renters have to lug their clothes to one of the laundry centers as there is no option for in-home washers/dryers.

PETS

Pet free– if you are allergic to animals, you will be happy to find that Beekman Gardens Apartments do not allow pets.

LEISURE          

Plenty of activities– residents here have plenty of things to do right at home from tennis and basketball to hard court volleyball. Families can frequent the playground, ride bikes on the trails or play handball. If you want to enjoy the refreshing effects of a swimming pool though, you have to look elsewhere.

This vicinity includes a large movie cinema, and extensive hiking trails in the Sourland Mountain Preserve.

The Hillsborough Library is right around the corner.

These apartments get broad praise with only a few dissenting voices. One topic that got the most comments was the promptness of the maintenance team, often responding within minutes or hours. Others mentioned the natural surroundings and feeling safe in the neighborhood.
