They love the convenience of the location, felt the grounds were well-maintained and apartments were bright and clean. Numerous reviewers stated their dissatisfaction with excessive fees for water, sewer and trash removal. Several folks mentioned it was easy to hear neighbors. A few renters had trouble parking but most feel it is not a real issue.
