You know you want to live in Woodbridge, but location is important.
If spending all your free time driving around to run errands is not in your plans, consider renting at the Woodbridge Terrace Apartments.
Living directly across from the Woodbridge Mall has its privileges. You can walk to shops, restaurants, banks or the gym. Plus the mall is huge so if you want to stretch your legs on a hot day, you can soak up the air conditioning while window shopping.
For those who work out of town, all the major highways and a pair of train stops are within two and a half miles.
Still you get a fairly quiet location that is kind of tucked away off the main road.
1. Walk to mall – there are a few other Woodbridge apartment communities within walking distance of the mall. But Woodbridge terrace is the closest. This is a great spot if you work in retail. Also if you don’t like to cook there are loads of places to eat within steps.
2. Close to train – you will live just 2.5 miles from a train station. That’s a nice benefit if you commute to New York, want to catch a Broadway show or travel frequently on business.
3. Near several office buildings – there are several large corporate offices and a hotel right on this street. Maybe your commute can be very short.
The property is also midway between two major corporate parks in Menlo Park and Edison.
Woodbridge Terrace is one of the more walkable apartment communities in Woodbridge. You can easily stroll up the street to many shops and services on the opposite side of US 1 or down to Main Street. Woodbridge Center Drive is a pretty busy road but traffic usually flows.
There are several other residential developments in this neighborhood.
• Restaurants – many of the most popular chain eateries will be right outside your door from Panera Bread to Olive Garden. Sports fans can watch the games at Buffalo Wild Wings. End your week at TGI Friday’s or pick up some sushi or pizza to go.
• Wegmans – grocery shopping doesn’t get much better than this. Wegman’s brand is economical but you can get the good stuff too!
• Shopping – hundreds of stores. Enough said.
• Retro Fitness / The Club at Woodbridge - if you want to pump it up beyond what the community’s fitness center can deliver there are several well-established gyms in the area.
Woodbridge Community Center – this place is fantastic. There is so much to do for families such as roller skating, ice skating, swim lessons and even mini golf. Best of all it is right around the corner. While there is a gym at 42 Woodbridge Terrace, the community center has a fully-staffed fitness center with wellness programs that will help you reach your fitness goals.
The Goddard School – more than just a day care, your kids will learn while having fun.
Woodbridge Bowling – join a league close to home, host a child’s birthday party or just have a fun night out.
Within a short drive you can easily get to another bowling center or the AMC Dine-in Theaters in Menlo Park.
