Transportation

Autumn Woods has a bus stop on the CH Transit line where you can take the CM bus to many places throughout the vicinity. The bus stop will be just a minute or two walk depending on the building you select. If you have a car, a short drive down Old Fayetteville Road will take you to an entrance to NC-54, ideal for commuters heading out of town.

Shopping

Being able to complete your grocery shopping at the Food Lion store right up the street is a nice convenience that will allow you to pick up all the ingredients you need to prepare meals or perhaps just a salad at the deli counter. About 4.5 miles south of here there is a Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can pick up lots of great things for your place such as DVDs, snacks, bathroom essentials or some new notebooks.

Dining

This neighborhood includes a few restaurants such as Chinese and Mexican food, Subway, pizza (Italian), and Arby’s. When you want to meet some friends take your family out for a nice meal, take a ride over to East Main Street and West Franklin Street for a huge selection of popular eateries.

Recreation

A nice feature of this side of town is University Lake where you can rent a boat and paddle around the lake for a few hours creating an enjoyable afternoon. You will also be just minutes away from movie theaters, a performing arts center, a comedy club and Art Center.
