This is an exciting location for anyone working for Verizon, SAS or one of the many other companies in the Weston Parkway area where thousands of residents is this area are employed. You will be able to hop a bus or drive around the corner and reach the site in about 5 minutes. The Westover Hills apartments are also recommended for frequent travelers who plan to use the Raleigh Durham Airport on a regular basis.

Location

This is a quiet neighborhood filled with tall trees and set back from any major roadways. There is a nice sidewalk along NW Cary Parkway that you can use to walk or ride a bike to the park.

There are several Town of Cary Transit bus stops along NW Cary Parkway including one at Silverberry Court that will take about 2 minutes to walk to from Westover Hills. This bus provides service on the #3 line to Harrison Square.

Shopping

You are not going to find a lot of big name shops in this neighborhood, but you won’t have to go far to get what you need. A short ride down North Harrison Avenue will lead you to the Harrison Place Shopping Center and a Harris Teeter market where you can get groceries. On the other side of the highway there is a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market. These shops are about a 4 minute drive from Westover Hills. If you drive down the NW Cary Parkway 2.6 miles there is a Target store along with many other shops where you can purchase any home essentials.

Dining

With such an array of fine dining near these apartments, you are going to want to eat out every night of the week! Go for a juicy steak at Ruth’s Chris Steak House or try the Miso Sea Bass at An New World Cuisine and you won’t be disappointed. Hey, if you need something quick to go, pick up a sandwich at Jersey Mike’s Subs, the point is there is something for everyone within minutes for this place.

Recreation

One of the more exciting features of this location is that you will live right up the street from North Cary Park. Imagine being able to start your day with a jog along the Black Creek Greenway, or meet a friend for tennis on one of the six lighted courts after work. Adventure seekers may just find their match on the rock climbing boulders. For a more soothing activity, head up to the Chatham Hill Winery for a wine tasting.
