Residents can take some back roads over to Raeford Road to find a Harris Teeter Grocery store, Rite Aid Pharmacy, Belk and lots of local shops. If you make your way up to Skibro Road, you will find a Wal-Mart Supercenter and Sam’s Club which should carry all the household supplies, canned food and paper towels you will need. The Cross Creek Mall will offer an additional 150+ specialty shops.

You can find a few restaurants nearby this property including a Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, several Asian eateries and a fish & chips place. A much bigger selection can be found in the retail district along Raeford Road just seven minutes from here featuring Applebee’s, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. This area also serves pizza, subs and more.

Recreation

Haymount Court is not far away from the Cape Fear Regional Theater on Hay Street where renters can see live stage productions.

Sports & Fitness

On the opposite side of Bragg Boulevard there is a nice paved bike trail that you can use for running or biking close to Glenville Lake. Mazarick Park has 8 lighted tennis courts where you can get your game on.
