Here is an ideal location for medical professionals and students. Situated on the north side of the Medical District, The Heritage at Arlington puts residents minutes from the medical center and ECU medical schools and facilities.

Location

These apartments are located right off West 5^th Street near West Arlington Boulevard. The neighborhood includes the ECU School of Dental Medicine and many other health services.

• 7-minute drive to downtown Greenville North Carolina

Transportation

There is a GREAT bus stop at the end of the street where renters can use the #2 route to get around the city without a car. If you are driving yourself, West 5^th Street can lead you right downtown or to US 13 for travel north and south of the city. There is some garage-units available onsite.

Shopping

You will not find many shops in this immediate neighborhood but with a short ride down West Arlington Boulevard you will arrive at a Food Lion supermarket where you can pick up all of your groceries and supplies. There is also a Rite Aid pharmacy, Game Stop, hair cutters, eye care and a few banks. The Heritage at Arlington is only about eight minutes from the mall.

Dining

A gourmet sandwich shop can be found down the street from this community. Beyond that you will need to ride down to the Stanton Square Shopping Center where you will find a variety of eateries including Mexican, Hibachi and Indian. There is also a Starbucks coffee shop.

Recreation

While living here you may enjoy a full range of recreation activities onsite such as a stocked game room, children’s playground and swimming pool. There are a bunch of athletic facilities at Thomas Foreman Park and plenty of historical attractions in the downtown area.
