Several nearby parks offer space for running, biking, skateboarding and a variety of sports. The community is not far from basic shopping and a train stop. You can walk to a local sports pub and convenience store.

About average– the base rent for an apartment at Village of Pennbrook is about middle of the road particularly when you factor in room sizes. The community does have some added fees such as parking and pet rent that you could avoid at other properties.

Expect to pay an application fee and substantial admin fee.  

LOCATION

Suburban getaway – set aside from all the rest, the Village of Pennbrook Apartment Homes are basically bordered on 3 sides by parkland and Bristol Pike. You can jog around the corner to access the D&R Trail or venture into Falls Township Community Park for many fun activities from skateboarding to basketball.

You can walk from this spot to get pizza, ice cream, or coffee at 7-Eleven. Sports fans can catch games at Pasquale’s pub right next door.

A small retail center with a Wal-Mart Supercenter and many other shops is located near the train station. The Oxford Valley Mall is less than a fifteen minute drive.

CONVENIENCES

In-home laundry available – some of the apartments here have their own washer & dryer which can save lots of time from trips to the laundry center.

Reserved parking – renters can pay extra for the privilege of a reserved parking space so you can avoid ever having to look for a spot.

PETS

Pets welcome – both dogs and cats are allowed but there are some hefty fees and pet rent. Be sure to ask about restrictions. Look for a PetSmart store at the Levittown Town Center.

LEISURE          

Lots of activities– the pool here is huge and the fitness center will work well for most workouts. You can even enjoy a game of tennis after work.

Whatever sport interests you from basketball to hockey, volleyball to skating you can find facilities in this area.

There is a movie cinema near the mall as well as the Sesame Place amusement park.

Some residents feel that the parking situation could be improved so it can be easier to find a spot in front of your home. There were also mixed feelings on the time it took to make repairs.
