This magnificent community is well-positioned in the southwest of Charlotte near many large employers, shopping and entertainment. A little south of Colonial Grand at Ayrsley there is a large industrial park that includes many manufacturing businesses such as Continental Tire and distribution facilities such as one for Sam’s Club.   Drive several miles down I-485 and you can reach CMC Pineville.

The Colonial Grand at Ayrsley Apartments are also just a hop, skip and jump from Paramount’s Carowinds Theme Park which includes family and thrill rides along with a refreshing waterpark. On the other side of the Interstate you will find a shopping plaza with a Wal-Mart Supercenter so you can easily pick up groceries, appliances or gadgets needed around your apartment. You will find plenty of places to pick up a quick bite to eat near home such as Applebee’s, Domino’s Pizza or Dunkin’ Donuts.

Found on the southwest side of Charlotte, Colonial Grand at Ayrsley sits on a side street off South Tryson Street. The property is well off the main road, but this area is loaded with retail shops and commercial properties. You can walk to Dunkin’ Donuts, a public transit bus stop and Domino’s Pizza.
