Anyone seeking a moderately priced rental near the Food Lion Corporate Headquarters will want to take a look at the Rolling Hills Townhomes found just off Statesville Boulevard for a quiet neighborhood with a very short commute. This spot will also be fantastic if you are one of the many employees of the VA Medical Center situated on Brenner Avenue. With easy access to area highways, you can zip down to Kannapolis or Concord in less than one half hour or take a leisurely drive into downtown Salisbury to visit a museum, gallery or theatre.

The Rolling Hills Townhomes are situated off of Statesville Boulevard on the northwest side of the city. In this neighborhood you can find a gas station, supermarket, a church and several restaurants.

Transportation

The nearest public transit bus stop is at Lash Drive and Lakewood Drive about one mile away. Although it is a bit of a hike, there are sidewalks most of the way so using public transportation is possible.   Most renters here will likely have a car and use US Highway 70 to get around. There is a gas station near the entrance to this community.

Shopping & Dining

Residents at Rolling Hills can get their grocery shopping done a Food Lion found just one mile down Statesville Boulevard. A Harris Teeter store is not too much further from this address. This area includes a shopping center known as Salisbury Mall that includes a Belk store along with many specialty shops, but it is not a bustling place. There is a decent selection of restaurants nearby that includes a local pizza shop, Subway, a seafood place and K&W Cafeterias.

Recreation

Families may be excited to spend time a Salisbury Community Park where you can find many ball fields and athletic courts, a fishing lake and walking trail. These townhomes are not far from a YMCA that is perfect for camps and athletic programs. You can also find a bowling center nearby.
