A short drive from the Oak Manor Townhomes along Prices Fork Road and you will find yourself at the entrance to Virginia Tech University making this a great spot if you are attend the school or working there. Residents can also drive around the corner to access US Highway 460 for an easy ride to the VT Corporate Research Center and the New Valley River Mall shopping area. There is a Blacksburg Transit bus stop within walking distance of this address so if you don’t have a car, it won’t be an issue. If you plan to spend time at any of the VT Sorority or Fraternity houses, you will find them right on Oak Lane a short walk from this address. Residents of Oak Manor Townhomes can pick up groceries and supplies at the Kroger Market on University Center Boulevard (there is also a Food Lion just west of this community). There are several shopping plazas nearby that will have all the pizza, subs, burgers and sushi that you can eat. While renting here you may grab some friends for a few rounds of mini golf or play a full 18 holes of the real game at the Virginia Tech Golf Course.
